LVAC girls in action in Derry and Tollymore

Katie Keown made the journey over the Glenshane Pass to the Maiden City for the Derry Cross Country Championships and made the travel very worth while by winning the U15 category and beating a lot of the U17 field into the bargain.

Isabella O’Dowd and Rebecca Abbott made the journey in the opposite direction to Tollymore Forest Park for the Born 2 Run 5k. Sticking together throughout both girls had greats runs with Isabella finishing in 27.44min and Rebekah in 27:49min.
