Joe Frey takes Silver at Leinster Combined Events

Joe Frey had a strong performance to take the Silver medal at the Leinster Combined Events Masters Championships in Tullamore on the 11th June 2023.

Joe finished the day with 3.79m in the Long Jump, 25.00m in the javelin, 24.23m in the Discus, 33.79 in the 200m, and 6:54.78 in the 1500m. These performances resulted in Joe scoring a total of 2160 points.
