Buggy Club NI Anniversary Race

Buggy Club NI organised by Heather Ardis (Athletics NI) celebrated their 10th Anniversary with a 5k and 1k at Down Royal Racecourse on the 12th November. Lagan Valley had 5 members, 1 former member and 1 member to be (in a buggy) running. 

It was a family affair for the Hannas with Bobby, Jack, Sam, Lucy and baby Fiadh all taking part in the 5k along with John Glover. 

Carla Frazer (Bowyer) also had a great return to running with a podium finish in the ladies race. We will get her back in the sky blue and navy vest one day. Well done Carla – great running and great to see you back at it.
