Irish Senior National Track and Field Championships 

This years Irish Senior Championships was a showcase to the top athletes in the country, many of who were preparing to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Lagan Valley had a small squad competing but still managed to come away with medals and memories and provide the odd autograph along the way.

Jai Benson added another National Title to his list with a fantastic win in the Mens Triple Jump with a jump of 14.34m (maybe one day we will get him in the new vest lol). Harry Nelson also had a great PB in this event with 12.25m to finish top 8 in his first ever Senior Champs.

Our 4x400m mixed relay team of Laura Frey, Erin McMahon, Andrew Proctor and Lorcan Bell had a stong run to take the bronze medal in a time of 3.44.22

The was also Final making performances from Lughaidh Mallon with 3.50.38 in the 1500m and Laura Frey in the 400mh.
