European U20 3000m Standard for Lughaidh Mallon

Saturday 10th June saw the Irish Miler Meet being hosted at the UCD Track in Dublin. 

Lughaidh Mallon went chasing a European U20 3000m standard and did not disappoint with a classy 5 second PB in 8.18.72, just over a second inside the qualifying time.

Next stop for Lughaidh is the Mannheim (Germany) Junior International 3000m in 2 weeks time.
