Club Records and PB’s galore for the Junior Endurance Squad 

The Junior Endurance Squad have had some great performances over the last fortnight. 

 There was a LVAC U20 3000m record for Lughaidh Mallon who traveled  to Watford for a BMC debut over 1500m. Lughaidh took an impressive win with a new PB of 3.53.39.

 At the English Schools there was a strong run from Charlie Jones in the 1500 heats with 4.01.07. Frank McGrath finished his English Schools career with an 8.45.02 5th place finish in a very tactical final of the SB 3000m. 

 At the Ni Club League at the Marys Peters Track Stephen Lyster had a great run to go sub 2.00 for the first time with a PB of 1.58.93. this was even more impressive given he ran pretty much a solo race. Well done Stephen.
