British and Irish Masters Cross Country International

On Saturday 11th November 4 of the Monday Mob travelled to Tollcross Cross Park, Glasgow as part of the Northern Ireland Master Team selected to take part in the British and Irish Masters Cross Country International. 

Philip Brines finished in in 17th in the M60 race with the NI Team finishing in 5th P

Shileen O’Kane was the first NI W55 lady home finishing in 5th in her category and leading the team to a 4th place finish, 

Martina Elliott finished 15th on the W60 race with the team coming home in 4th place. 

Sarah McNutt came home in a brilliant 5th Place in the W35 race helping the team to a stunning victory and made history in the process. This was the first Gold team medal NI has won in this event in its 35 year history.
