Irish Age Group Championships 2025

A large contingent of the LVAC Juniors made the trek to Tullamore having qualified for the Irish Age Group Championships bringing home 9 medals and an Irish title.

A large contingent of the LVAC Juniors made the trek to Tullamore having qualified for the Irish Age Group Championships. This was a chance to showcase their talents against the top in the country and each athlete did the club proud with some exceptional performances. The stand out performance had to be Isabella O’Dowd who soared to an amazing height of 1.66m in the U16 Girls High Jump to take the National Title. In total the club came away with 9 medals at these Championships as well as a number of great PBs and most importantly the experience of top competition and enjoyment in the sport.
