The Deep River Rock Queens 5k and 3k
The Deep River Rock Queens 5k and 3k took place around the River Lagan on the 2nd April 2025. Lagan Valley has an astonishing 54 athletes toeing the line across the distances and were rewarded with podium finishes for both the Men’s and Ladies Teams, both finishing in a brilliant 3rd place in a strong field of teams. Whilst it is great to the see the Team on the podium what stood out more was the team spirit and camaraderie. Each member of the club did themselves and Lagan Valley AC proud – well done.
