Having spent 10 years competing in Triathlon and being a keen runner most of his adult life Ken was keen for his kids to join a club. Following a brief introduction from Mark Kirk and a chance meeting with Michelle and the gang at the Laganside Fun Run, Ken and his 2 daughters joined the club in 2013 and the rest is history.  Ken has competed at all Triathlon distances including 2 Half Ironman events and was a founder member of the High Elbow Triathlon club based at UUJ.
